TAKE CHARGE OF THOSE GLOOMY DAYS

It is normal to have days that are somber, sleep that is worthless, and a morning that is a formality of nature. This is that time when our self worth may become zero, our motivation to keep going dead, and our future plans look unattractive and not worth the hard work. But hang on! Before you start building on these thoughts, shake your head and shout its just this moment that feels like this! Nothing about it is real! They’ll go away just like a dust storm does! You just need to find out ways to come out of this rut. And if unable to do so, then also its okay, don’t be too harsh on yourself and start imposing rules on yourself. Try to make that day a ‘chill day’ i.e do all the leisure things that you mostly don’t find time for. So here some of my tips on how to become bloomy when gloomy!(I know there is no word like "bloomy" but i like it!)

    As Jean Paul said “Music is the moonlight in the gloomy night of life’. So Listen to some head banging, feet tapping music! I swear by this remedy!

  • Take a bath! Funny but effective! Use some good fragrances. Make yourself a nice, calming bath. Cleanse deeply! And with some nice music of your choice, you’l feel a sense of calm taking over your gloominess.

    • Make yourself a nice supper! Or even bake something if you like to do so. Baking is a personal favorite of mine! But wait, I know, some of you maybe like come on! We’re feeling so lousy in here and you’re telling us to do so much work! No worries fellas! Order a goddamn pizza! Savor in the dripping cheese, taking in the aroma of the roasted vegetables coated in cheese before every bite! Mmmmmm……. And if not even a pizza, maggi is always in your groceries!

      Watch a good movie! Maybe a comedy,or an inspiring biography or an action movie. Whatever gives you a kick. But don’t be an idiot like me and watch any random movie lying in your laptop. You never know it can end up making you feel worse! I ended up watching “The Repulsion”! And I can’t explain in words how I ended up feeling about myself after that movie! So just gather the energy to google a movie before you watch it!
    • Look at your goals. This is especially important when you feel dull during an important event of your life! This is why its important to pen your goals down! They show their power in days like these. Image result for companionship
    • Companionship …. Lucky are those who have this in their lives. In fact any form of companionship is fortunate enough to drive you. A friend that understands and still kicks your ass to get up and get going! Doesn’t judge you or label you! Such people are not just friends, but gems of life! Be there for them always!

      Be close to nature!Try meditating in the open air, close to nature. You'll discover the rest by yourself.
